Black Girls Fighting Cancer by Stiletto Boss Foundation

No woman should have to face cancer alone.

Black Girls Fighting Cancer (BGFC) is an initiative of Stiletto Boss Foundation dedicated to supporting, advocating for, and uplifting Black women and women of color impacted by cancer.

We exist to provide community, resources, and hope — while working to address the disparities that too often affect women in our communities.

Together, we fight with strength.

Together, we rise with support.

Why BGFC Exists

Women of color and other women in underserved communities, such as LGBTQIA+, face higher mortality rates, later diagnoses, and more barriers to care when it comes to cancer. The journey can feel isolating, overwhelming, and unfair.

BGFC was created to change that experience.

We are building a community where women feel:
✔ Seen
✔ Supported
✔ Informed
✔ Connected

Because support is not a luxury during cancer — it is essential.
