About the Event

The Warrior Symposium is not just an event—it’s a powerful experience created for women impacted by cancer to be seen, supported, and strengthened. Hosted by Black Girls Fighting Cancer under the leadership of the Stiletto Boss Foundation, this annual gathering brings together survivors, caregivers, advocates, medical professionals, and community leaders for a day of education, empowerment, and emotional healing.

Through dynamic panels, keynote speakers, wellness activations, and real-talk conversations, we amplify voices that are often overlooked, share resources that promote healing, and celebrate the resilience of Black women who are fighting and surviving cancer. This is your space to be poured into, to be reminded that you are not alone, and to walk away recharged in mind, body, and spirit.

Join us for a day of bold conversations, fearless advocacy, and intentional sisterhood—because warriors deserve a space where healing meets hope.
